Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the terms below.

Please note: Sale items, special orders, custom-made pieces, and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are display stock and are priced to clear.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on clearance items.

However, all items are still covered by Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that our standard 12-month guarantee does not apply to clearance items.

Process

You may return new items purchased and fulfilled online within 30 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.

Returns must include:

  • The item in original, unused condition

  • All original packaging and documentation (e.g. diamond certificates, warranty cards)

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Returns can be delivered to our store in person or via a prepaid courier service.
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) parcels.

Change of Mind Policy

Items may be returned under our 30-Day Change of Mind Policy if:

  • They are in brand-new, unworn condition

  • Returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

Exclusions: Earrings, sale items, custom-made pieces, and special orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Final eligibility is at our discretion, based on item condition.

Warranty Returns

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. All warranty returns are subject to inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

If the fault is deemed genuine or the error is ours, we will:

  • Refund or replace the item if possible (your choice)

  • Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
